If you have any preferences regarding gemstone type, carat size, shape, or budget, we kindly ask that you include them in the notes section when making your reservation.

Drawing inspiration from the jewelry designs available at the KAJITA JEWELLERY SALON, we thoughtfully discuss your preferences and guide you through the design process with care and attention to detail.

At KAJITA, we offer two approaches to bespoke jewellry creation:
custom orders using our existing settings and molds*, as well as fully one-of-a-kind creations designed exclusively for each client from the very beginning.
For entirely original creations, please allow approximately two to three weeks for the preparation of the initial design sketches.

Please note that, depending on the gemstone selected, a suitable existing setting or mold may not be available.
Design sketch proposals are provided complimentary.

Once the design and quotation have been finalized, we will begin the creation of your jewelry.At this stage, we kindly ask for payment to be completed before production commences.

In cases where the final quotation cannot be confirmed until completion, we may request a 50% deposit payment in advance.

Your completed jewelry will be presented to you at the salon.
Production timelines may vary depending on the number of consultations and design discussions, but we generally ask for approximately two to three months for completion.
