Please bring the jewellry you are considering for remodeling. Using a microscope and loupe, we will carefully examine the condition of your jewelry and gemstones.

While viewing the jewelry designs available at KAJITA JEWELLERY SALON for inspiration, we will listen closely to your preferences and discuss the design you envision in detail.

※ In some cases, we may ask a gemological laboratory to identify the gemstone before proceeding with the remodeling process.
※ Depending on the type or condition of the gemstone, we may be unable to accept the remodeling request.

At KAJITA, we offer both custom orders using existing molds* and one-of-a-kind creations designed exclusively for each client from the very beginning.
For bespoke one-of-a-kind pieces, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for the preparation of the design drawing.

※ Depending on the size of your gemstone, there may be no existing mold suitable for your piece.
※ Design proposals and drawings are provided complimentary.

Once the design and quotation have been finalized, we will begin the creation of your jewellry. At this stage, we kindly ask for payment to be completed before production commences.

In cases where the final quotation cannot be confirmed until completion, we may request a 50% deposit payment in advance.

Your completed jewelry will be presented to you at the salon.
Production timelines may vary depending on the number of consultations and design discussions, but we generally ask for approximately two to three months for completion.
